A spiral rooftop garden built on top of a highway junction — Fuji on clear days.
Tokyo built a park on the roof of the Ohashi expressway junction: a spiraling walk of lawns and trees rising over the city, with a 360° view and Mt. Fuji on a clear day. Odd, ingenious and almost unknown to visitors.
