Sensoji
Tokyo's oldest temple — incense, lanterns, and 1,400 years of prayer.
Founded in 628, Sensoji is Tokyo's spiritual anchor. Wave the incense smoke over yourself, draw an omikuji fortune, and come back after sunset when the pagoda is lit and the crowds are gone.
